today announced that AgFeed received approval from The
Nasdaq Stock Market to transfer the listing of its common
stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the Nasdaq Global
Market. Listing on the Global Market will commence with
the opening of business on Friday, October 12, 2007,
under the Company's same trading symbol, FEED.
AgFeed had requested NASDAQ's approval
of the transfer to the Global Market because the Company
had achieved the Global Market's more stringent listing
requirements.
